Trying to install the Erlang documentation

   i do this;
cd $OTP_ROOT/lib/erlang ; tar -xzf /wherever/otp_doc_man_X.tar.gz

   you have to download it, and put it wherever.

   yes.

   note that installing the wrong version of the docs is bad (since the 
application dirs have version numbers).
