Xmerl and DTDs again...

Thank you all for your fast answers. 

But I'm still having problems. I'm not sure I understand how to use xmerl to parse DTDs. If I use an internal or external DTD in an xml file, xmerl_scan reports an error while parsing it. How can I do it?
