At the risk of opening a dead and very off topic thread ...

It seems SCO is now suing IBM for $1 billion because they may
have let Linux become contanimated with SYSV source licensed to
them for AIX by SCO.

This would be an interesting turn of events.  Linux becoming mired
down in the same legal quagmire that stymied *BSD adoption and gave
it the headstart.

Maybe SCO have finally found a way to be profitable.  :)
