UI, etiquette and OO phobia

I do not recall seeing anything in your "ramblings" that
would preclude adding an OO framework (e.g. a widget
library) on top of your model. The really interesting trick
is of course to imagine a foundation that's elegant and
general enough that you can derive different frameworks from
it.
