Hrm.  From the 90 seconds I've spent finding out what JavaSpaces are,
and encountering a reference to LINDA tuple-spaces, my comment about
"I've created a driver for the Spread messaging toolkit
(http://www.spread.org/)" probably doesn't apply.  I'm mentioning it
just in case it does.  {shrug}
