IC and C out-parameter to Erlang

Thank you, using a global worked nicely. I had the impression from the docs,
that the client should provide the data allocation.

All the examples in the IC-document have only in-parameters for complex data
types. Might be nice to add this type of data transfer as example ? i.e.
transfer of bigh chunks of different type of data between C and Erlang.

Anyway, now we don't have to carry an one cubic meter spacecraft simulator
to EMC-test on Friday, instead we can use one single PCI-board to test our
instrument :-)
