C interface example

Hello,

	I am looking for coding examples of how to
communicate with an erlang program in C. I have
studied the header files in the erlang/usr/include
directory
and have got a general idea of what is required.

Where can I find some example code ? I have an
existing Python application that I want to bolt into
an erlang app and was going to write a language
binding from python to erlang.
