[erlang-patches] Patch to fix ssh library

Hello!

R13B03 will be released on Wednesday. Since SSH-1.1.7 contain two other 
important fixes you should upgrade to that version. Some of the channel 
modules has been changed which is why I suspect that your second patch 
cannot be applied straight away. It would be great if you could take a 
look at the new version, alter the patch if so required and send it to me 
so I can investigate it.
