The traditional way, outlined in EEP 1 would be to send diffs or new
versions to this list.  But you could also fork the GitHub EEP repo
https://github.com/erlang/eep/ and make a pull request on 'master'.

It should be picked up by our Technical Board on one weekly meeting, but
that process has been rather slow in the past partly because many EEPs are
really hard to decide about.

But, after a while do ask on this mailing list, and/or on erlang-questions
to put some pressure on the process...
