I tried another sampling method but aborted it after 4 hours, the conclusion is that higher resolutions together with slow pixelsampling (antialising) settings increases the rendering time a lot, so beware when changing the pixelsampling parameters.
The model could have needed some more subdivisions during exporting, but my main goal was to test different Toxic settings from wings, and I'm pretty satiesfied with the result.
