I'm currently updating the Homebrew formulas for OTP 20 through 23, and<br>

that OTP 21 has never worked in Catalina, and therefore was not patched<br>

Is there an official decision as to when to stop supporting OTP 20 and<br>
21? I'm aiming to get some idea when those two versions can be<br>
deprecated on Homebrew.<br>
