I can think of a few different ways to copy the objects from one Mnesia table to another, but I'm looking for a most efficient option, in terms of time and process heap memory consumption (in case of a tradeoff, memory is most important). The tables in question
are RAM only, not distributed and it's ok to perform dirty operations. No object conversion or matching required.</div>

Possibly dirty_first followed by iterations over dirty_read, copy and dirty_next, but I have a strong feeling that's thinking too much "inside the box".
