It's not unheard of that thousands of unit-tests "pass" and everything is<br>
"ready" and then it all falls like a house of cards with a single naive<br>
end-to-end flow. ;-)<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>My exact experience. Even though everything passes unit tests, the system might be mis-configured for example -- moreover if everything is unit testable, dependency injection is probably being used so configuration matters.</div></div></div>
