I'm reading the handbook of neuroevolution through erlang. I got to chapter 2 and figure 2.7. I'm a little confused. It seems that O1 and O2 are mixed up as to which is from what neuron and when I try to calculate (1,1), the result that I get is 1, when it should be -1.

Am I totally wrong? Or is there an error in the book?
