<p>Hi Art,</p>
<p>EPMD stays running even when you shut down all nodes. If you ever need to ensure that EPMD restarts, you'll have to do that explicitly, either via the EPMD command our by killing it from the task manager.</p>
<p>Not sure this answers your question, though.</p>
