I have updated Chronos to v0.0.4.<br>
<h1>What is Chronos?</h1>
Chronos is a timer library for Erlang that makes it easier to work
with timers.<br>
<br>
There is an example that shows how to abstract time away from the
code when doing testing cases - this will be useful for anyone doing
tests with timers.<br>
<h1>Changes in v0.0.4</h1>
<ul>
<li>rebarified Chronos.</li>
<li>Added test/chronos_SUITE.erl so that common test can be used
to run QuickCheck.</li>
<li>Cleaned up Makefile<br>
