replacement for wxe_util:connect_cb/2 ?

wxe_util:connect_cb/2 is in mine version of 23, but it is an internal
function why do you use that?

wxCLASS:connect(Window, Type, [{callback, fun/2}])  or
wxCLASS:connect(Window, Type, [callback])  for wx_objects
have always been the official api.
