file:consult with parse transformations and macros?

hi,

i am trying to make function similar to file:consult but i want to be able
to have macro applications in this file:

   {a1, a2}.
   {?something, ....}.
   ...

epp module works only on full module files and as far i can tell does not
implement io protocol.

i'm thankful for any suggestions?
