invalid beam file or no abstract code

dear friends,
running OTP 22.3
my module includes;
-compile(export_all).-compile([debug_info]).
Dialyzer returns;
'passed successfully'

While Debugger yields;
'invalid beam file or no abstract code'

I deleted the beam file and recompiled with the same results.
What should i be doing to ensure a valid beam file ?
