[erlang-questions] Compiling erlang with cygwin64 and msvc 2019?

Found out the fix, in ..\src\otp\lib\ssl\src\Makefile file, replace line
156 the :
| sed "s@$(ERL_TOP)@../../..@REDACTED" \
with
| sed "s@REDACTED/../..@REDACTED" \

This is remove cygwin absolute path in the ssl.d dependencies file.

Should i make a pull request?, i am not sure on why we need absolute path
in the ssl.d file.
