Yes but that issue is supposed to be resolved for both current versions 
of rebar3 and erlang.mk.

Try:

$ ./.erlang.mk/relx --version
3.26.0

If you don't have this version, then your Relx is probably outdated, 
maybe you have a specific version configured via RELX_URL or are 
building it yourself in another way?

If you do have this version then you probably have a genuine bug.
