[erlang-questions] VoIP Recorder on Erlang?

Hello all

We are developing an application that requires recording segments of VoIP
calls. We expect large volumes of calls and we are expected to be able to
identify call streams from a heavy spanned pipe (perhaps using libpcap or
something similar).

I think handling this functionality with Erlang makes a lot of sense.
However, I am not yet the biggest Erlang expert. Is there any similar
project that I could start working from as a base or at least as a
guideline?

Any word of advice or recommendation is welcome.
