Hi,

Max: Can you please explain how do you measure that schedulers utilisation,
and ensure it's good (or not)?

Lukas: from where Max was able to derive that 2048 is the best choice for:
+MBsbc, +MBlmbcs and +MBsmbcs?

Erlang memory management is kind of mystery, and I would appreciate if you
can teach us how to figure out the right numbers.
