[erlang-questions] Erlang/OTP 19, SSL error: handshake failure

Hello,

I just updated to Erlang OTP 19.

I encountered this problem

SSL: certify: ssl_connection.erl:826:Fatal error: handshake failure

It is a self-signed certificate and client is ask to present certificate if
any.

Does anyone know where I should look at or which parameters should I change?

Is it a known bug?
