[erlang-questions] Cowboy - cowboy_req:reply

Also wanted to share that the server is running on a VM instance and the OS
is CentOS 7.

When I restarted the node every thing started working fine. When this
happens next time, I would also problem if the node itself is prevented
from accessing the file system.
