[erlang-questions] how to report errata in the Erlang User's Guide?

The documentation is part of the source code and resides in the git
repository at Github.
You can make a pull request with corrected doc there.
Or you can report the doc errors as an issue via the issue tracker at
bugs.erlang.org.
