Correct, we have been using leveldb as a backend for mnesia for some time
now, and it works very well. The space savings (both on disk and in memory)
are enormous.

As I understand it, Klarna will publish the leveldb backend (the pgsql

We intended to do this sooner, but as usual, we've been kept busy with more
pressing things. There is one major performance-improving change that we
want to do before we push this out, so that people don't start relying on
the old behaviour. Hope to have this done soonish.
