[erlang-questions] Windows

Thanks! appveyor was surprisingly easy to start building Erlang projects
with. But wow, Windows issues seem to run deep. It builds rebar3 but
running tests fails right away:

c:/projects/rebar3/test/rebar_xref_SUITE.erl:1: no module definition

Hopefully I can get someone with Windows to help figure out what
is going on.
