[erlang-questions] Reverses Order of Bytes in Binary

If this question is for me @ok, this is one of the exercise in Programming
Erlang 2nd Edition. I am learning Erlang and sincerely trying my solutions,
but also asking questions were I am very sure my solution is not correct or
efficient.
