Candidate description
Requirements:
     Experience with C++
     Expertise with ... object-oriented programming
     Experience with Erlang ... *is a plus*

"is a plus" sounds like someone else long time ago has coded something
in Erlang
and the candidate will be coding C++ whole day long.
