[erlang-questions] [ANN] Rockse: A Facebook Rocksdb Erlang binding

A very initial non-production ready release of the Facebook Rocksdb Erlang
binding. Currently it only supports put/get/delete

My motivation is to have some basics in-place which would encourage
investigation into distributed databases. At this release rockse only deals
with tables within a single node, later release will also do database
replication with per table replication strategies.
