[erlang-questions] Which technology I should choose?

We've used both mochiweb / webmachine and cowboy extensively in production (cowboy probably being my preferred solution in general, webmachine having strong REST credentials) so I would definitely explore both of those for your use case. Both are well documented with active communities. I have no experience of yaws so can't really comment on pros and cons in comparison.
