[erlang-questions] Jinterface, Android, and epmd

Having to run a separate, native code process is added complexity and
overhead.

I wonder if there's anyone who has implemented just enough of epmd as
a library that could be integrated in an Android app....

Looks like there is, according to Fred's message.  Let's see if that
can be tracked down.
