[erlang-questions] Problem in NIF on windows

Hi ,

I want to run NIf library on windows , for that i need to compile c code
from this path as per the erlang documentation

windows> cl -LD -MD -Fe complex6_nif.dll complex.c complex6_nif.c

where do i need to run this command ? In cmd i run this but its giviing
error for cl -LD and all
