[erlang-questions] emacs wrapper for rebar

Hi list,

I have just put rebar.el¹ in github. I wonder if anyone is interested in
testing it and provide some feedback.

Should work with emacs 24.3 and trunk (24.3.50). For 24.1 and 24.2
please M-x package-install RET cl-lib RET
