[erlang-questions] Trouble getting posts through

I think I saw this in an earlier thread - but I still don't understand
something.

I'm starting to get this reply for certain messages to the list:

"Your message to erlang-questions awaits moderator approval"

Is it the "[ANN]" in the subject? (Oh shoot, did me typing that there
make this a suspicious email?) I did see a "[ANN}" hack. Clever, but
is this really necessary in a civilized world?
