[erlang-questions] good frfee book for a beginner

I am currently working on https://leanpub.com/functionalerlang which is
geared towards getting up an running fast vs a complete guide (as there are
already a few good ones of those), once I get a bit further I'll send it to
you, would love to hear your feedback.
