[erlang-questions] Making a window non-resizable in wxWidgets

The style option is (currently) only a integer which is 'bor'ed together as
in wxpython and C++.

Erlang is just a thin wrapper above wxWidgets, what differs are that
optional arguments are in a list,
and the event handling can be async with messages.
