[erlang-questions] Found lost menues in Ubuntu 12.10

The menues in the wx-debugger disappeared after ugrading to Ubuntu 12.10. :-(
After struggling with the old gs-debugger a while and thinking of going back
to 12.04 I found a workaround.

Set this variable before starting the Erlang VM and the menues will be back:

    export UBUNTU_MENUPROXY=0

It is soooo nice to be able to use the new debugger. :-)
