Hello,

Sheriff 0.4.0 is now available.

Sheriff is a parse transform for type based validation.

What changed:

* Added a few rarely used types.
* Added a more convenient sheriff:check(Var, "list(mytype())") notation.
* Fix compilation and type check issues with records.

README now includes documentation about the new notation and records 
type checking.
