[erlang-questions] Keeping ErlNifBinary between NIF calls

Hello,

there is mentioned at several places in documentation that ErlNifBinary can
be kept mutable between NIF calls but there is not more details how it
should be done. I guess it can be stored in static variable, module private
data or inside resource object as any other structure. Am I right?
