[erlang-questions] crashdump_viewer execution issue on Windows

Hi

I have installed erlang on my windows box, but getting the below error when
running the webtool bat file.

C:\project\erl5.9\lib\webtool-0.8.9.1\priv\bin>start_webtool.bat
crashdump_viewer
Starting webtool...

init terminating in do_boot ()


Could someone please help me on this?
