[erlang-questions] wxTaskBarIcon

Added wxTaskBarIcon module.
Added wxSTC:setEdgeMode (I don't know why I missed that one, cut and
paste error?).

The wxSTC:annotation calls are not available in wx-2.8. (Remind me
again in year or so :- )

Will be available in R15B01.
