Follow the links to

and you find something with
 - no concurrency
 - no hot loading
 - no modules
 - no functions
 - no conditionals
 ...
It's so mini it's Zero.

As an experiment, it's a dud.

"Precise Garbage Collection in Prolog" is an interesting paper, though.
