[erlang-questions] Erlang based software package management system

hi

  I am wondering whether there is any existing erlang based open source
project that can manage C++/java software package across a cluster
and also be responsible for service/stop in every machine in the cluster?
for time being, I am using bash script to rsync c++/java package
into all boxes.
