[erlang-questions] Errors when generating tests for CosNotifications on windows.

Two questions:

  * Are you using a fairly new version of cygwin?
  * Do you use the boostrap compiler (erlc) or the "proper" one? If it's 
the bootstrap compiler it should work if you switch to the other one.
