[erlang-questions] [Windows] I can't create named node

I can't do that because the computer is managed by MIS. Instead, I installed VMware on windows then installed Linux on VMware. In Linux inside VMware, all function doing well.
 
Maybe there are some network operations handled correctly by VMware virtual network but the windows version Erlang not.
I'll try to figure out.
