YAWS RESTful examples

Hello List

I have upcoming project where I can chose technology for building RESTful web services (html-less). I found some examples with YAWS, but they are all dated 2008-2009. I was wondering if YAWS is still best option for building web-services on Erlang platform?

Also, does anyone know any turorials/examples/literature on a subject, documentation seems pretty helpful, but examples always welcome.
