[erlang-questions] wxTaskBarIcon

Is wxTaskBarIcon 2.9 only?
Otherwise new functionality is easily added.
I add classes when I need them or they are requested.

Yes I don't want to require 2.9 yet, it is not classified as a stable
api yet, and until it is I
do not want base erlang's wx api upon that.
