[erlang-questions] Is the Pteracuda project dead?

Why not use OpenCL from https://github.com/tonyrog/cl

That's what I'm using for wings3D. (for hardware subdivision, and rendering).
Platform and Hardware independent, drivers exist for both Intel CPU's
and modern gfx cards on all platforms.

I don't understand the push for CUDA, please explain.
